Synergy might be a word which you've never heard.  Simply, it means to achieve a greater solution with another person than you would have by yourself.  To do this, you must accept everyone differences and listen to their opinions.  When we celebrate these ideas, we not only learn more about the person, but about ourselves as well.  Just think, we are all the other person to someone else.  If we all just listen, we will hear.  Simple enough, right?  There are still things though that are blocking people from seeing the benefits of our differences.  Let's find out what they are. >>>

Ignorance
If you are ignorant, you are clueless.  You don't know what people are feeling or thinking, and you really don't care.  Ignorance gains you no respect and can hurt your character.

Cliques
Having a close group of friends is always a good thing.  It's nice to have friends.  It's not nice when those friends reject every other person from your group though.  Rejecting people as friends is not good.  It's always better to have one more friend than hurt one persons feelings.  People will consider you a bully as well.  Is that really fair to others?  Not at all.

Prejudice
Stereotyping and labelling can really hurt.  Why should we make of someone just because they have a different skin color or call them nerds because they like different things from us.  It's not right.  This is again a form of bullying.  It's not acceptable.  We have to learn to see people for what they can contribute rather than for what they can't.  This will help us synergize and find the better solution to our problems.
