Caring For Your Body
Eating healthy and getting exercise is the most important part of caring for your body. You have to remember
though that you cannot get caught up in what you look like. It's about how you feel. As long as you feel good
about yourself, you can then begin to keep yourself healthy. Don't think that people are going to hate you because of
how you look. No one is perfect, and no one looks like those models from the magazines. Not even those models.

Caring For Your Brain
Working hard in school and getting a good education is key to caring for your brain. Your body runs on
food, your mind runs on knowledge. Don't stress out about school, just prioritize and work as hard as you can without
destroying your brain. The more knowledge, the better. Don't get discouraged if you can't get something right
away though. Even Einstein couldn't get math and was seen as a fool for years to come. You will get it soon and
feel better because of it.
Caring For Your Heart
Sometimes following your heart doesn't always work. It can be sad, happy or angry at any given moment.
Sex plays a big role in this. Our heart doesn't always tell us if we're ready for it or not. It might say we are,
but our mind may say no. If there is this contradiction, it is best to wait and really think about it carefully.
No matter what feelings your heart is going through though, you will get through it. Talking to someone can really open
new doors and clear up a lot of issues inside of you. If you need to, try talking to someone who you are close to.
Caring For Your Soul
Doing things that keep you calm and relaxed can be the most soothing thing in the world. What keeps your
soul complete? Music? Writing? Sports? It can be anything that you have a passion for that doesn't
cause you to work super hard. Even writing your thoughts and feelings in a book can be a huge mind clearer. Try
something out and see if it suits you. Your soul is important as well, and you must pay attention to what it needs.
